At Neva Clothing India, we strive to ensure you love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the clothing is in its original condition, unwashed, and placed back in the original packaging with all brand tags intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package after your request is approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
